Since, 2013, Harlem Run has been hosting runs on Monday night for all levels. Each run is between 3-5 miles and features pace groups (7min - 12min; walk; run-walk). The pace groups are led by the Harlem Run leadership team.
In 2015, we started a program called Harlem Gets Fit. Harlem Gets Fit meets every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month and provides a speed workout for all levels. The workouts are coached by the Harlem Run leadership team.
